Pak Supar Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pak Supar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your") and Pak Supar ("the platform", "we", "our", "us") and apply to all services accessible through paksupar.win, including the website, the Android app available from our Download section, and any related products or features we offer.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, joining a live casino table or downloading the Pak Supar app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Pak Supar platform regardless of how they access it. The platform is designed for and directed at players based in Pakistan. All transactions on Pak Supar are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payments are supported via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and direct bank transfer.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Pak Supar, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Pak Supar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any account holder at any time. If we determine that an account has been opened or used by someone who does not meet the eligibility criteria, the account may be suspended or permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3. Your Account

Each player may hold only one active account on Pak Supar. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method or device — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Pak Supar will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact our support team immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, whether or not you personally authorised each specific action. If you suspect unauthorised activity, you must notify us promptly — failure to do so may affect your ability to dispute the relevant transactions.

• Accounts must be registered using your own real name and contact details.
• A mobile number must be provided and may be used for identity and account verification.
• PKR wallet balances cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Pak Supar reserves the right to close inactive accounts after a defined period of inactivity. Any remaining PKR balance in an inactive account will be handled according to our dormant account policy, details of which are available from our support team.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Pak Supar are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and direct bank transfer. No foreign currencies or international payment methods are required or accepted for standard transactions.

Deposits are credited to your PKR wallet after confirmation from the payment provider. Standard processing time is within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution and time of day. Pak Supar is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. You must ensure that the wallet or bank account you are withdrawing to is registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operational hours and may be subject to identity verification before funds are released.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of the platform.
• Pak Supar does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes cannot be used for any purpose other than playing on the platform.
• Deposits made using a specific payment method may affect which withdrawal options are available to you.
• We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Pak Supar maintains PKR-only operations. If a payment provider applies any conversion at their end, the resulting PKR amount credited to your wallet is final. Disputes related to external payment provider charges or conversion rates are outside the platform's jurisdiction.

5. Betting Rules

The sports betting section on Pak Supar covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports as listed in the Betting section. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before your bet is confirmed — the confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt are the final odds applicable to your wager.

Live in-play betting odds update in real time as match conditions change. Pak Supar makes every effort to ensure that live odds reflect current match status accurately, but in the event of a technical error that results in obviously incorrect odds being displayed, bets placed at those incorrect odds may be voided at our discretion.

• All bets are final once confirmed in the betslip and cannot be cancelled or modified after submission.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. If any single selection loses, the entire accumulator is settled as a loss.
• If a match is abandoned, rained off or not completed to a stage where a result can be determined, bets are generally voided and stakes returned to your PKR wallet. Specific settlement rules vary by sport and market.
• Pak Supar reserves the right to void bets placed after a result has been determined, where there is evidence of information asymmetry at the time of betting.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors or use automated betting software may result in bet voids and account suspension.

Cricket betting on Pak Supar — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and other formats — is governed by standard cricket betting settlement rules. Weather interruptions, revised targets under DLS method and official result declarations all follow established industry standards for bet settlement.

6. Casino and Slots

The Game Lobby, Slot Games and Live Casino sections on Pak Supar are provided through established third-party software providers. Each game operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real dealer studios with standard physical equipment. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are set by the relevant software provider.

Pak Supar does not manipulate game outcomes. Results in all casino and slot games are determined by the game software and, for live casino tables, by real physical outcomes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spin, dice roll) captured on camera and streamed to you in real time.

• Casino and slot play requires a funded PKR wallet. Gameplay is not available on credit.
• Live casino tables may have minimum and maximum bet limits set by the studio or game variant. These are displayed before you join a table.
• If a game round is interrupted by a disconnection, the round result will be determined when the game server resolves the round. Interrupted rounds are not automatically voided.
• Malfunctions in game software void all related plays and pays. In the event of a verified software malfunction, affected stakes will be returned to your PKR wallet.

Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus winnings. General bonus conditions that apply across all Pak Supar promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is prohibited and will result in account termination.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Pak Supar reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to honouring any bonuses already issued to players in good standing.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent betting or withdrawal limits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person for any reason.
• Attempting to access, interfere with or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

Pak Supar monitors accounts for unusual patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to freeze funds pending investigation without prior notice. We take fair play seriously and act on all credible reports of misconduct.
